Weather Plan

In case of weather that does not permit a camp or clinic.

If bad weather should occur during or prior to a Lacrosse Evolution event the following will be the plan of action. If weather occurs prior to the event that creates unsafe travel conditions we will cancel the event using the ticker that runs across the top of the website. Please look before you leave for the event name and date on the ticker to prevent confusion at the site. If nothing shows up on the ticker the event will not be cancelled. If weather occurs during the event we will notify the parties by phone. We will also notify the parents before hand to keep an eye out for the cancellation. Lacrosse Evolution will not be responsible to make up classes due to weather cancellations unless notified otherwise by a Lacrosse Evolution Staff member.
